HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY KENADY!

Where has the time gone?! I can't believe my baby turned 6 years old today. I was looking through her pictures today and missing all the little years. Yes, it makes me miss having a baby. Luckily i have lots of sisters who have babies i can love and send home. Anyways, Kenady has definitely kept us on our toes. She has that spunky, sassy personality. She's also known as the terminator in our house because she can destroy things within a matter of minutes. I thought maybe she would grow out of this but just the other day she decided to carve a couple of K's into my beautiful coffee table. URGH!! She does have that sweet soft side to her that i love. She is always up for a cuddle or to give me a foot rub or brush my hair and do some funky hair do just in time to go pick the boys up from school.(stewart loves that) She has been my little 24/7 buddy for the last 6 years. I can't believe she will be going to 1st grade this fall. Whatever will i do with all my time?! I love her and i'm so glad she was sent to our family. Happy Birthday KK!

This is Kenady with her new bike and her lovely Sharpay sunglasses! What a Diva!!

Travis has started a new project which means he will be in the shop most of his free time. His uncle had started making a saddle before he passed away a few years ago and wasn't able to work on it much so Travis decided it would be fun to teach himself how to make a saddle but he didn't want to jump into it and ruin the saddle without a little practice first so he decided to make a belt for his guns. All i know is there is alot of hammering and loud noises that go into making a belt but they turned out pretty cool. I think he's ready for the saddle!

Stewart's Solo Ensemble

This morning Stewart had his first Solo Ensemble. He did a duet with his friend Zoe and then he did a solo. He did a great job and I am so proud of him for wanting to try new things. His private cello teacher has also invited him to go and see her perform tonight. She is in the Philharmonic Symphony. I think it will be a great experience for him to see an orchestra like that perform. To see Stewart and Zoe perform click on the link.

Kenady is our little Hot Chocolate girl! She wants it for breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and before bed. Unfortanetly for her she only gets it one time a day! She will even eat the cocoa mix dry. If she can't find anyone to help her make some she will help herself to the dry goods in the pantry. I can't tell you how many times I have walked into the pantry only to have my feet covered in cocoa mix. What's a mom to do?

My first trophy

Our ward had its annual ping pong tournament Saturday night. I was planning on going but not playing because we had little miss Gracie with us but once I got there the competitive side in me took over. In the end it was me and Jeff Stout who were undeafeted and Jeff didn't want the trophy so I was happy to take it. I have never had a trophy so it was kinda fun to be the one to take it home this year! Lucky me!
